Zamari Hj Muhyi (VTO) - Training areas : Customer Service Management, Front Desk Management, Tourism & Travel Operations Management
Zamari is a Tourism Management graduate. He is currently a Managing Director of Le Shuttle Event, General Manager and Customer Service Trainer of Tapah Rest House, an organiser of International Motocross Perak, and a General Manager of Tourism Kiosk at Kuala Perlis, Perlis.
He is registered as a Vocational Training Officer of Skills Department Human Resource Ministry of Malaysia, in the fields of hospitality.
He has successfully conducted hospitality courses and training at Tapah Rest House based on the guidelines set by the skills department. In his vast experience over 22 years value-added skills in the hospitality and tourism industry, he has successfully provided outstanding performance in various posts in hotels and resorts including Merlin Hotel, Casuarina Hotel & nineteen81 Tapah Rest House.
He has also traveled all around the world while rendering services in tourism & travel operations related companies such as Sime Darby Travel, Sri America Travel, AAM Travel and many more. He was a speaker for UITM & UTTAR Students on Tourism & Event Management related topics.
