Updates on VTO progress : DjRay is currently conducting a Customer Service Program for VADS (Value Added Data Services), ie a susidiary of TM Net. The participants of the course are required to attend 5 day customer service program, after which they are assesed for further development. This program is certainly different than the conventional Customer Service Program, where the frontliners meet customers face to face. But when it comes to serving customers via the phone, it is a totally different customer service application where an agent who answers the telephone has to evaluate the type of customers they are facing by analysing the way their customers speak on the the phone, their intonation, style etc.. a definitely challenging task.
