Ms Renukka Kandiah possesses a Bachelor degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia and has about 10 years working experience in hospitality industry abroad and local and in financial industry working in and for foreign and local banks.

Renukka has hands on experience in training staffs in hotel industry and financial industry on soft skills and customer service. Renukka was part of the pioneer team who had initiated the customer quality coaching values and customer satisfaction value in her previous work place. She is also accredited for call coaching at work place.

As for her training credentials, her trademark courses includes Delivering Excellent Customer Service, New Hires Training, Handling Difficult Customers, Call Centre Technology, Implementing KPI for Organizational Success, Coaching for Improved Performance, Complaint Handling, Leadership Skills, Getting the Best Out of Your Employees, TeleSales and various other contact centre trainings.

She has trained various call centre agents / hotel staffs; spearheading customer service skills upgrading, personal development and inspiring transformational growth in contact centre agents and hotel staffs. Some of the Key Clients include VADS, SRG, CIMB, DiGi, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC (HDPM, Cyberjaya), The Westin Kuala Lumpur and etc.

Renukka’s training programs conducted are based on exponential learning; which means that apart from the theory, the methodology used in the programs are group discussions, written activities, role plays and games.

Renukka is a friendly, cheerful person. She is full of positive energy and stamina and carries herself well. Her passion for customer service drives her to work hard in getting her job done well. As she is goal orientated, there were visible results noted in terms of the quality of service rendered to customers, sales performance, mindset change and teamwork in her previous work place. ZAIDI is a graduate in BUSINESS ADMINSTRATIONS in TOURISM STUDY, UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA (UUM). He is proficient in ENGLISH,  MALAY and able to speak at communicational level in Arabic. He has been a Resort Manager at Beringin Beach Resort, Langkawi, Kedah since 2001 till present. He has successfully carried out Branch Manager post at CITI – IT COLLEGE, TAIPING, PERAK, Teluk Intan Branch and Jitra Branch. He had vast experience as an Operations Manager for Kuala Perlis – Langkawi Ferry Services as Operations & marketing and Head Sector of Langkawi.

Zaidi owns Lang Pelangi Agency which caters for Room / Hotel reservation, Ferry ticketing, car rental & transportation reservation, Hotel transfer (jetty / airport ), Langkawi Holiday Package, Marketing and Management Agents for Resort, Manpower supply for LIMA 2003, Operate a restaurant & convenience shop for PLKN kem Beringin Beach Resort, Catering for Resort

Welcome on board Zamari

DjRaySTUDIO would like to welcome our new associate trainer Zamari Hj Muhyi.

Zamari Hj Muhyi (VTO) - Training areas : Customer Service Management, Front Desk Management, Tourism & Travel Operations Management

Zamari is a Tourism Management graduate. He is currently a Managing Director of Le Shuttle Event, General Manager and Customer Service Trainer of Tapah Rest House, an organiser of International Motocross Perak, and a General Manager of Tourism Kiosk at Kuala Perlis, Perlis.

He is registered as a Vocational Training Officer of Skills Department Human Resource Ministry of Malaysia, in the fields of hospitality.

He has successfully conducted hospitality courses and training at Tapah Rest House based on the guidelines set by the skills department. In his vast experience over 22 years value-added skills in the hospitality and tourism industry, he has successfully provided outstanding performance in various posts in hotels and resorts including Merlin Hotel, Casuarina Hotel & nineteen81 Tapah Rest House.

He has also traveled all around the world while rendering services in tourism & travel operations related companies such as Sime Darby Travel, Sri America Travel, AAM Travel and many more. He was a speaker for UITM & UTTAR Students on Tourism & Event Management related topics.

Forming a stronger team

We are currently working on forming a stronger team to deliver effective customer service programs. VTOs who are interested may tag along when we conduct our sessions in Kuala Lumpur. Our associates have years of experience in this field and would love to share theirs with newcomers. Even though our VTOs are friends, only those who respond to us electronically means serious to us and will be considered. It’s an entry point not to be missed.

We would also like to thank Tg Rhu Resort, The Westin Resort and Ins. Kemahiran Tinggi Lagenda for the trust given by recently appointing us to conduct English for Front-liners and English in Business Communication courses.
